What if you were on stage with a guitar in your hands and a spotlight on you, performing live for thousands of fans, as they’re all singing along and chanting your name? Okay, so for most of us, this probably won’t be happening anytime soon… but make sure to stop by the Houston Museum of Natural Science on July 19th for RockFest! where, for many of us, it’ll be the closest we come to being rock stars. Rock out with your friends and family and compete in our very own Guitar Hero II™ contest, for our Grand Prize. While here, visit Geopalooza! A Hard Rock Anthology and learn about gems and minerals while you take part in some geode cracking, gold panning, crafts, and more during the day’s events. The Houston Museum of Natural Science is your source for all things rock!
